Our Restaurant serves the finest and most authentic German food. Our Schnitzel are homemade from scratch. We only use quality center cut pork, chicken or veal loin. Our Schnitzel are cut on site, pounded out and prepared using our own spices and bread crumbs.
All other meat such as our famous Bratwurst, Weisswurst, Knockwurst and all the cold cuts are from a German butcher.
We bake our own bread.
Our food is freshly made and cooked to order. Please do not expect a ready to eat meal in a few minutes. There are a lot of Restaurants serving fast food, we don’t. Enjoy your homemade meal with an authentic original German beer.
